Accept Bitcoin Lightning donations

Current onchain fees are too expensive for people to donate to the Bitcoin address ($40+ for next block). Fees will continue to rise in the future (as designed and needed) so it would be nice if we could donate using the Lightning network.

Recommend a custodial wallet such as Wallet of Satoshi to get started and publishing a Lightning address (like an email address but for bitcoin). I'm sure team can use non-custodial implementations if they choose in the future.
