Cannot create API Keys

Currently running latest - v1.137.3

Trying to create an API key, no matter what I select I get an error "Your permissions shouldn't be empty"
This is on the web interface

Update to this -
Actually works on Chrome, I normally use FF. It does not work on FF.
Both Chrome and FF up to date
