Missing Back Button on Failed Image

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

When viewing an image on the web, there's typically a back button to go back to the stream at the position of the image (ex. at /photos?at=dc64ff05-eade-4714-a810-1ac73e0601e6). However, if an image fails to load, there's no back button.

Reproduction steps

1. Get a photo to load incorrectly in the stream (this appears to be rare and a bit random)
2. View top-left corner for missing back button

The browser back button still exists, but this goes back to the stream without positioning to the selected media.
