Tag dialogue does not focus on tag search field

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

In the web app the dialog to add tags to an image or images does not focus on the tag search box.
This results in keyboard shortcuts working while the tag dialogue is active/showing.
e.g. when multiple images are selected. pressing "t" will show the tag dialogue. Typing "s" then for the tag "Soccer" will result in all selected images being stacked.

Reproduction steps

1. Select multiple images in web view, press "t" for tagging.
2. The tag dialogue opens, the focus is on the 'x' to close.

3. start typing an existing tag name. nothing will happen. If you type a key that is associated with a function will be triggered. e.g. 's' for stacking of multiple images.
