"Unable to upload file" error does not indicate the actual cause (e.g. storage full)

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

Bug: "Unable to upload file" doesn't show the real reason

Version: v2.6.3
Deployment: Docker

What happened

When server storage is full, the upload fails with a generic Unable to upload file error — no indication that the disk is out of space.

Expected

Show a specific message like:

Unable to upload file: Server storage is full.

Suggested Fix

• Server: return 507 Insufficient Storage when disk is full
• Client: display the actual error reason in the toast

Reproduction steps

1. Fill server storage to capacity
2. Try to upload any file via the web client
3. Observe the error toast — it shows "Unable to upload file" with no further detail
