What happened
When server storage is full, the upload fails with a generic Unable to upload file error — no indication that the disk is out of space.
Expected
Show a specific message like:
Unable to upload file: Server storage is full.
Suggested Fix
- Server: return
507 Insufficient Storage when disk is full
- Client: display the actual error reason in the toast
