fix(hostname): fixed sanitize hostnames with multiple dots.

BREAKING CHANGE: Now the Namespacing with Hostname feature 'myGrafanaNamespace.${hostname}' replace all the dots with `_`: now 'myGrafanaNamespace.custom_host_net', before
'myGrafanaNamespace.custom_host.net'
