Can we have git commit hash displayed when calling `c2rust --help`?

I think godbolt parsing the output of c2rust --help to get the version number.
would be nice if we put git commit hash in the help again so we can know the exact commit the binary is build

We originally did this, but we removed it in #1115 since it conflicted with our old nightly. Hopefully, when we merge #1227, we can revert #1115, or if you're able resolve the build issue fixed by #1115, you could do that, too. This is definitely more useful now that a recent master build is used on godbolt.

Possibly. #1227 is all ready to merge, though, with the only concern being its slight upgrade of the output nightly version and how that may interact with the resurrected c2rust-refactor. Once we test c2rust-refactor with this, IMO it can land.
