Not Compatible with Xamarin Forms PCL #1

@imohsenb Can we make compatible this library with Xamarin.Form. While installing from nuget package to PCL project gettting error like this library is not copatible for ios and android.
I need ISO8583 Message Client for Xamarin Forms.
Any help will be much appreciated.
