Ability to stack trace Upload

Current Scenario

• Currently, there is not any facility to stack trace what happened with a particular Upload.

Proposal

• Implement a facility to trace what happened with the upload, like when the upload started, valid/invalid data inside it, processing started, etc.

Benefits

• Issue tracking
• Monitoring

Ways to bring it forward

• We have to log every step for upload inside api
• Show it in UI, similar to how GitHub shows CI/CD pipeline logs
