[Bug]: Open link in Helium it almost always has an uBlock error (yellow logo need refresh)

Have you tested that this is not an upstream issue or an issue with your configuration?

• I have tried reproducing this issue in Chrome and it could not be reproduced there
• I have tried reproducing this issue in ungoogled-chromium and it could not be reproduced there
• I have tried reproducing this issue in Helium with a new and empty profile using --user-data-dir command line argument and it could not be reproduced there

Description

When I open a link (using Browser Tamer) to open it in Helium, it almost always needs an additional refresh for uBlock to work properly (uBlock itself says that and is yellow logo)

How to Reproduce?

Open a link, click on Helium in Browser Tamer (btw this is only in Helium browser, I've tested brave) (and Helium needs to not be already open)
the uBlock Origin Logo becomes yellow and when pressing it, it asks for a restart in that menu

Actual behavior

When opening for example a Youtube video it plays ads and stuff, cuz uBO is not active/ready yet, hence the yellow logo instead of normal red. But only if Helium is not already open, so this is annoying cuz I need to refresh and sometimes it still doesn't load and I need to refresh a couple more times

Expected behavior

uBO should load correctly and maybe even before the site loads, so I can use its features right away
