Not Updating Title / Description when Alternative already set

I discovered a little misbevahiour:
If there is an image with title and/or description empty BUT alternative set - the exstention will not update title and description properly.
It just returns the message: "Metadata could not be added" - no Log-Entry, nothing. Google's gemini API performes all requests (and produces corresponding costs) but the extension does not write the metadata needed - in this case title and / or description.

Solution should be to refine the function to not just check if alternate is set and cancel all, but to check each individually.

Envoriment: Typo3 13, PHP 8.2 on Apache, alternate 2.0.0
