Install instructions for inasafe develop branch

Problem

When following http://docs.inasafe.org/en/user-docs/install.html. The section that talks about installing a developmental version of inasafe is deprecated.

Solution

Update the docs with new screen shots on how to use the develop branch to test new features as they are being developed in inasafe.
