Please copy and paste the code and message as text rather than posting a screenshot. Also add the output of sessioninfo::session_info("checklist")

Can you try this?

1. Run tools::R_user_dir("checklist", which = "config"). This will return the directory with the checklist configuration files.
2. Go to that directory in the file explorer.
3. Go to the github.com subdirectory.
4. Remove the inbo subdirectory.
5. Rerun checklist::create_package()
