Any size of main window can't load properly except maximum the window

I am currently running windows 11 Enterprise version with keepass newest version 2.57.1, when I try to click the menu "customer icon dashboarder", there is a windows showed on toolbar, please see the screenshot, but I can not bring it up, only when I try to maximum the window, it can be displayed properly, change to any other size will only stay on toolbar.
