Investigate free quota burn rate for GitHub Actions

Requirements

We need to run / plan on running the following builds:

• validate code style, unit tests, integration tests etc. for Discord FAQ update action repo (branch build)
• validate code style, unit tests, integration tests etc. for this repo (branch build)
• validate content integrity (spell check, grammar check, file name style check, metadata correctness checks etc.) for this repo (branch build)
• deploy to Discord FAQs channel (scheduled build)
• deploy to a staging version of website on every merge to master branch (main build)
• deploy to Website (scheduled build, on every release tags)

Based on our requirements, and time it takes for each of these builds, it might be prudent to cut down on some of these, while keeping other ones intact or look at reducing these; to remain below 2k min per month limit.

  is it not totally static content I am not able to understand the validation of code style, unit test, or integration test here can you please elaborate so I can also contribute if possible.
