It looks like the Composer package used for image proxying "eventviva/php-image-resize": "1.5.*" is abandoned, though the GitHub redirects and it's now at https://github.com/gumlet/php-image-resize. Updating that dependency might work, though I haven't checked into its current support for SVG.

Merging a comment in from another issue by @Jak2k:

See this message for example. If I open the picture in a new tab, I see a 500 error. Maybe it's because my picture is an SVG. It works fine on the wiki page.
