Notify job posters when their posting has expired

As per #4, notify a job poster when their posting has expired.

Something like:

"Hey, hope you had success advertising your position on IndyHackers.org.

It's been 60 days since you posted it, so we have taken it down to keep the listing current and up-to-date. If you are still looking to fill this position, you are more than welcome to re-submit through the site.

Thanks and have a wonderful day".
