Altering body and html tags similar to title (like using the Head package) Inertia.js + Vue 3

Am I able to alter body and html attributes (namely the class) the same way I'm able to alter <title> using the Head package? How can I do this? I'm using the Tailwind UI pre-made components and it requires us altering these two tags in order to work properly with some code snippets.
