Laravel9 + Inertia Not validating request when set to Production

Can anyone help on why I don't see my validation when I've set APP_ENV=production ? Local works fine but i get nothing when changing to production. I can see a 303 response.

I am using the inertia form helper.

Any help would be appreciated.
