Inertiajs core in javascript "for js backend frameworks"

Can't we have a inertiajs adapter for any javascript backend like hono, express, nest...etc.
I found this old adapter for hono but last commit was 2 years ago.
This will be great that I can use my favorite js framework in any js backend without the need for it's meta framework.
