Check if request is partial or full refresh

I think this is not present right now in the Inertia class but I think it would be nice, to be able to know if the received request is a reload or a full request.

For example, I may want to send a Meta Conversions API event on page visits but not partial reloads which are used normally to refresh data and get recent changes.
