<title> tag is invalid HTML schema

Hello,

I'm working towards ensuring that my app complies with Section 508 and ultimately meets the WCAG AAA standards. The issue I am having is for my page title to be dynamic I has to have the inertia attribute. However, this does not pass validation due to an invalid HTML schema. I have tried some suggestions found here but, none seem to work. Any ideas?
