How can I get global inertia props in js file

I'm using vue-i18n with inertia; I pass language locale from inertia middleware:

HandleInertiaRequests.php

public function share(Request $request)
{
    return array_merge(parent::share($request), [
        'local' =>  config('app.locale')
    ]);
} 

I have file called i18n.js conatins:

import en from './en.json'
import ar from './ar.json'
import { createI18n } from 'vue-i18n'

import { Inertia } from '@inertiajs/inertia'

const lang = Inertia.page;

console.log(lang);

export default new createI18n({
    locale: lang,
    messages: {
        en: en,
        ar: ar,
    }
})

Here I'm trying to get local to put it in locale but I can not reach to local!
