Unable to call setData in side look for multiple fields

I believe I am missing something but I am trying to call setData from useForm in react:

For instance, this is an example:

const someData = {city: 'Toronto', state: 'ON', zip: 'J9J 3H7'};

export default function (){
    const {setData} = useForm({
          city: '',
          state: '',
          zip: ''
    })


   useEffect(() => {
       Object.keys(someData).forEach(key => {
           setData(key, someData[key];
       });
   }, [])
}

With this. I expected that the data fields will all be filled in. But only the last key in the loop (zip) gets populated.

I may be missing something.
