feature request: add args-from-file for lite

i used to run 4 snmpsimd.py instances on a 4-cores cpu
they use different ports but the same community
so they can get a better performance

however i just can't get the same effect with this version snmpsim
snmpsim-command-responder has no v2c-arch and community is public/1.3.6.1.6.1.1.0, public/1.3.6.1.6.1.1.1
snmpsim-command-responder-lite has no args-from-file
it's hard to simulate such as get mac-table from cisco
you need to get mac from different community such as public@1 public@1119
