[FEATURE] Add support for windows

Summary

Add support for windows for most common use cases, which is running this agent on a remote linux machine.

The main goal is to allow windows users connect to a remote machine over ssh via pty and allow them to interact with the other machines. Supporting with this binary all different windows features are out of the scope.

Acceptance Criteria

• Windows binary is produced and released
• The binary support most features - not all
• It's documented

Changed my mind - it's stupid to support windows, the users who need it can simply install wsl.
