[FEATURE] Template management and custom tier list saving

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be great to have the ability to manage the default templates (delete or edit them) and also create and save custom templates. Currently, this flexibility is missing.

Describe the solution you'd like
A system where users can modify, remove, and create new templates, and save their custom tier lists.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An export/import system, but built-in management would be much smoother.

Additional context
This feature would improve customization and make the tool more user-friendly.

Potential Impact
It would allow users to better personalize their experience and increase engagement.

Hey there, thanks for submitting a feature request.

Currently, the workaround is to save images in their own respective folders, so you may upload the set of images at once.
If it's for a generally known game, anime, or category, perhaps you may consider contributing the images to the repository.

Understandably, it could be easier to select from a dropdown of custom saved templates. Perhaps a history of uploads would solve this problem? Potentially solved in #86.
