force ColBERT utilisation (on/off)

Hi,

Just checking if there is a to force (on/off) ColBERT as a tensor based re-ranker in either infinity or RAGFlow?
Preferably in the individual UIs or as a config / env setting, as I'd like to avoid a custom py implemention.

Tensor utility has not been applied into RAGFlow,yet. We plan to do this since the next year to provide the real MM-RAG.
