Support for writing to InfluxDB v3

Proposal:
Support writing data to InfluxDB v3.

Current behavior:
I haven't find an alternative to send data from td-agent/fluentd to InfluxDB v3.

Desired behavior:
Support writing data to InfluxDB v3.

Alternatives considered:
None.

Use case:
Currently using InfluxDB v2, I'm intending to migrate to InfluxDB v3 and for that I need to write data grabbed from fluentd to both InfluxDB endpoints to start getting used to new v3.
