Merging Envoy Fixes from https://github.com/kaizensparc/pbjson 

Hey; 
I was wondering if you would accept a PR to merge envoy fixes from https://github.com/kaizensparc/pbjson and branch "fix-envoy"?
This has some code to fix envoy's specific serialization/deserialization with "any" types.
