How to get report with Parameter? #7

Hi everybody,
Now there are a number of reports available with parameters to pass in. I need to write a groovy script to get the reports out. But I see your examples, only instructions to get the report without parameters. For example, I need to get a report with an employee code parameter, how should I do it? Hope to get your help soon.
