An option to seed the entry from GitHub #28
Description
It would be nice if unclog add was able to pull the seed information for the changelog entry from GitHub given the --issue-no/--pull-request number, and refuse to create the entry if the issue/PR is missing. This behaviour could be configurable as an option in .changelog/config.toml.
