Project seems unmaintained – Fork available with updates

Hi,

It looks like this project is no longer actively maintained, and I needed a working version for my use case. Since react-native-star-io10 does not support the TSP100, I created a fork that:

• Updates the native iOS code to use the latest xcframework from Star Micronics' SDK, fixing simulator compatibility issues.
• Bumps dependencies and updates Android build settings (compile SDK, target SDK, Gradle, etc.) to ensure compatibility with newer React Native versions.
• Converts Objective-C .m files to .mm where needed to support C++ code.
• Ensures the package remains functional with minimal maintenance.
