Remove unnecessary logging tests (#297)

These dataplane services are completly unrelated to logging or
to telemetry. They aren't needed for telemetry to run successfuly.
These tests are causing failures in the periodic job with ceph,
because these dataplane services aren't being used there. Looking
at uni03gamma, I'm pretty sure we'd see the same failures when
adding FVT there, because the uni03gamma also doesn't use these
2 services.
