Validate the Patchwork version inside the project #151
Description
One day, we will need to have a project upgrader, and check to make sure a project isn't opened with an older version of Patchwork.
There are a lot of edge cases here, like: What if someone upgrades patchwork/the project while others have it open?!
As a starting point, we should serialize the version in the project document itself.
