Getting Deploy Errors.in GCP

Agent is working fine in Docker Desktop. but I am trying to deploy the Agent in GCP Cloud Build. But getting this deploy errors.
Any Mistakes ? or Any specific Configuration to be Added ? I didn't used this specific Template but from other way.
