User Property in Python Client

I'm new to Inngest and using the Python SDK (inngest-py). Noticed that the python client doesn't seem to support setting a user property when sending events wheras the typescript client does support setting a user property. (https://www.inngest.com/docs/reference/events/send).

Is this by design?

Yes, we're sunsetting event.user because it has significant limitations. It will continue to work in older SDK versions for the foreseeable future, but we won't support it in new SDK versions
