Homestead support?

This project correctly tries to open the file that is mapped from homestead (vagrant) virtual machine.
Can we set somewhere the mapping, to open the actual file on the real filesystem?

e.g. it tries to open /home/vagrant/website/.../problem.php
where it should have opened: /home/paschalis/..../website/.../problem.php

@Paschalis nice suggestion! How about some kind of configurable path rewrite, mapping one absolute prefix to another?

rewrite /home/vagrant/website/ /home/paschalis/path/to/website/
rewrite /opt/website/ /home/paschalis/path/to/website/

Config file placement to be determined, although personally I like dotfiles.

I've created a pull request, that supports a single mapping from ~/.sublime_url, to the format:
/home/vagrant/website/ /home/paschalis/path/to/website/

But splitting over new line, and for each line checking that 1st word is rewrite will match exactly your description!
