Runs table on Action page does not display vital metadata

The "Runs" table on the page for an action does not display metadata that would be helpful to users. Notably, it would be helpful if it displayed

• The branch name of the commit that was being built
• The commit hash of the commit that was being built
• The current status of the job (it doesn't show success or failure)

Additionally, the timestamps could be rendered in a more human-friendly format (local wallclock time and date perhaps?), and the Nomad job ID is not that helpful to display in this tabular view.

are duplicates of #72 but I agree with the rest.
