Pallas DMQ publisher keeps open connection to DMQ node

Why

We have noticed that upon reception of an error (e.g. invalid KES signature), the Pallas DMQ publisher apparently does not release correctly the connection to the DMQ node: the DMQ nodes keep stacking connections until it reaches its maximum capacity.

What

Investigate and fix the unreleased connection to the DMQ node by the DMQ publisher.
