Gamma files to be used in interferogram directory

Have a nice day. Hope everyone is doing well. I have processed S1 TOP data using GAMMA (SBAS). However I am little confused with some files to be used in interferogram directory . like

│ │ ├── 20030503_4rlks.ramp.par
│ │ ├── filt_20030329_20030503_4rlks.cor
Can anyone share some more details about the files to be used. 20030329_4rlks.ramp.par, 20030503_4rlks.ramp.par Are these slc.par files or which files?
