Caps-Lock turning on automatically when leaving VB window

Something really weird his happening with my Caps-Lock.

My host is a MacBook on 26.1
VB Version is 2.1 and inside I have Sonoma running at 14.6.1.

When I work in the VM with Caps-Lock off, then leave the VM by clicking on a window running on my host machine, Caps-Lock turns on, when it was definitely off before entering the VM. When I click back into the VM Caps-Lock goes off again.
When I click outside the VM and manually turn off Caps-Lock, after it went on, I can switch between windows running on the host and Caps-Lock stays off. When I click back into the VM it stays off. The moment I leave the VM again, it goes on.

I'm absolutely flabbergasted.
I don't remember seeing this before today, But I haven't updated anything, except maybe the WebEx VDI Plugin inside the VM, BUT I get this behaviour even before the VM has booted. The moment I press play on the VM, the apple logo appears, I leave the VM and Caps-Lock goes on.

What could possibly be causing this?!?

Okay, I'll close this for the time being as I cannot reproduce anymore.
I tried creating a blank Sonoma VM without WebEx in it and had the same issue.
Then I did the Windows thing and rebooted to try this without external monitor or keyboard and did not get the issue. Then plugged external peripherals back in and didn't get the issue, either. Something really weird that a reboot seemed to fix.
