[tm_missing_data] Can't add table output to Reporter Previewer

Summary

I can't add the table output of tm_missing_data to the Reporter Previewer.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://genentech.shinyapps.io/nest_exploratory_dev/
2. Select "Missing Data" Module
3. Select "ADSL" and "By Variable Levels"
4. Click the "+" button and attempt to add a new card

The error is:

The card could not be added to the report. Have the outputs for the report been created yet? If not please try again when they are ready. Otherwise contact your application developer

Acceptance Criteria

• User should be able to add table output to Report Previewer

No longer the issue. I am able to add card using latest main.
