[Question]: should `tmg::add_facet_labels()` be moved to a different package?

What is your question?

It doesn't make much sense to require the whole teal framework and teal.modules.general to run tm_g_association and tm_g_bivariate module's code

Would this make more sense in tern, teal.widgets or <place suggestion here>?
