[Bug]: issue with `tm_variable_browser`: Warning: Error in if: argument is of length zero

What happened?

A bug happened!

Loading tm_variable_browser for the efficacy app makes the app quit abruptly:

I ran the app.R locally, ensuring I have the latest main.
I don't see this behavior on the efficacy app stable version.

Almost similar error log output with #804

I have researched this. The output of the module is a shiny.error which is not processed by teal::srv_add_reporter and leads to this failure.
I think this is partially due to the plot_var_summary function generating the plot outside the qenv. Even if at the end of srv_variable_browser a qenv is generated it is not verified and leds to problems. For example the plot is directly draw and doesn't use the set_chunk_dims function to set the plot size correctly.
