[Feature Request]: Add an option to set width in `table_with_settings`

Feature description

table_with_settings does not support changing the width of the table (which is possible via rtables::as_html function). It would be nice, if it would. In essense it does not support settig cpp argument for rtables::as_html, which makes it so some of the tables are impossible to generate. See this issue: insightsengineering/formatters#350 for more information.
