[Feature Request]: Add option to export table in landscape & set default value paginate to be true

Feature description

1. Add a toggle for exporting table as landscape:

rtables::export_as_pdf (and presumably other table exporting functions) has a landscape argument which it would be great to expose

2. Set default value of paginate to be true here - if you have a table which fits on one page of a pdf it doesn't matter what value you set for paginate and if you have a multi-page table if you don't set paginate to be true then only the first page is output
