Restructure Gepard logging. Log level definitions

As Developer, I need to be able to retrieve stack-traces in DEBUG log level, to be able to investigate issues occurring with agent.

Acceptance criteria:

• Selection of DEBUG and INFO log mode is possible
• Stack-Trace is available in Agent logs in DEBUG logs
• Stack-Trace is not included in INFO logs
