Agent Health Monitoring (implementation in the agent)

Its own health should be tracked within the agent. The previous health system from the Ocelot agent (OK, WARNING, ERROR) can be used here, which looks at the log level.

Health state changes should be noted in the log.

Acceptance criteria:

• Ocelot Agent health check analyze made and the implementation on Gepard documented (when which state occurs and goes away)
• Healthcheks implemented in the Gepard agent
• Health changes visible in agent logs
• Reason for the health changes is documented in the log entry (timeout, repetition, etc.)
