Define custome metrics #42
Description
It should be possible to define your own metrics for inspectIT. It should be possible to record values for these metrics in the instrumentation.
For the beginning we can work with default views and add custom views later.
Recorded values should then be exported if an exporter is active.
The configuration model has to be extended to allow to define metrics and record them via rules.
We also should check, if we are able to overwrite metrics created by the native OTel agent.
